Birthday Wishes

Ten.  Beautiful, strong, smart and ready to take on the world.

Youngest Daughter is turning ten this week.

Which makes me wonder how to temporarily stop time.

Since, I can't see to get a handle on that idea, I am opting to settle her in with an extra long tuck-in bed tonight. 

A few snuggles and suddenly, she is back to being my baby.


Our little five-year old.  Half her lifetime ago.
